Compete against Chi-Town’s best at the first annual Chicago Pull Up Park Jam. Come out and challenge yourself and see where you stand. The main events will include a max reps competition for the following exercises:
• Pull-ups: Max consecutive reps to failure
• Squats: Max reps in 2 min (reps do not need to be
• Push-ups: Max reps in 2 min (reps do not need to be
• Sit-ups: Max reps in 2 min (reps do not need to be
• Dips: Max consecutive reps to failure
Top 3 trophies will be awarded for The Pull-Ups Event and Overall Title (Total reps of all 5 events)
