Every Saturday we have a Free Community Workout! This a great time to come out and meet the tribe and experience what Go Infinite Training is all about. Whether you're looking to be part of the tribe or just want an awesome free workout come join us Saturday morning.
The workout sessions are an hour long and will be based around fundamental, body weight movements, full body exercises, and technique instruction. Most of the sessions will involve calisthenics and other body weight exercises. Past sessions have also involved things like wall scaling, snake runs, high altitude simulation training, parkour, and freestyle calisthenics with the BarStarzz. With diverse exercises and occasionally a guest instructor, each class is fresh, fun and an effective way to explore and train the body. Best of all, well will always meet outdoors to enjoy the awesome yet brief Chicago summer.
